the room was kinda heavy with blankets. which was uncomfortable. but the huge onsen was amazing. the food was sooo beautifully crafted. the staff were super helpful with everything.

I stayed in the Superior Twin Room 204, and it was cozy and luxurious. The onsen was huge and very nice! I loved how the room felt spacious, and the view was fine. Breakfast every morning was a highlight, especially the kaiseki style. The staff were super attentive. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better for browsing after our lovely meals.
